I did purchase from different credit cards all cancelled. I sent a mail about this, could you checkit pls.
“Canceled” doesn’t actually mean the order didn’t go through. It’s a big in the system. You have to wait 24 hours to receive the order. I usually order, it says “Canceled” in the tracker, but I will get it the next day no problems.
Dont bother .I tried…their reply is “everything is working…” …which ofc. it isn’t :/

That being said, everything is working. I assume most are not regulars, so maybe the process is a little confusing. You can always message us and we will tell you the general issue you could be having.
